Hello! I am a Senior Career Counselor for two decades based in New Delhi since 1976. I offer Career Counselling to students from class 10th to Post Graduation and working executives. I conduct one-on-one personal career counseling at my New Delhi office and large group career counselling sessions with students, teachers, parents and executives at different venues across India. The second method of my career counseling is through Video Online Counseling which is very convenient to students. Due to COVID 19 situation students are preferring for Online counseling. I have authored several articles on the subject of Career Counseling in several newspapers, career magazines, blogs, electronic and audio-video media. I am a Career expert to various TV Channels, News Papers, Magazine, Radio, Websites etc..I have tried to successfully initiate and develop an integrated approach to Career Counseling and Career Awareness Campaign by including parents, teachers, executives and academicians in the process. The methodology of my counseling involves analyzing student's interest, personality , aptitude, strengths, weaknesses, soft skills, family background,academic and non academic achievements etc through discussion, aptitude test, parents feedback etc.. The whole career counseling session of 2 hours duration is exclusively handled by me with a concrete career plan of action offered to the students at the end of my session. I am competent enough to handle all types of courses and careers. It has been my privilege to counsel thousands of students in my career. I am one among the earliest Career Counselors in India with knowledge, experience, desirable academic background in education, teaching and career counselling. My career so far has been involved with Education, Research, Teaching, Lectures, Training, Administration and Career Counseling. I did my Graduation from Ramjas College (Delhi University, New Delhi) and subsequently completed Masters from Ramjas College (Delhi University, New Delhi) in 1981. I then got admitted to another prestigious university, J.N.U. New Delhi, for a Doctoral program. I completed my M.Phil 1984 and PhD in 1989 from the School of International Studies J.N.U., New Delhi. I had an opportunity to acquire additional research experience from the Department of International Studies at the University of Toronto and Mac Gill University, Montreal, Canada. In due course of time, I did my MBA in Marketing & HR from New Port University, California, USA. Moreover, I have a deep interest in Clinical Psychology. To my credit, I have presented various research articles in International Politics, Trade, Marketing and Career Development, Career Guidance and Counseling in various National and International forums. I have been conducting Career Guidance workshops and seminars all over India  through various organisations in Schools, Colleges and also devote time for students, parents & executives for a group and individual personal counselling with psychometric analysis. I was in the teaching faculty at premier educational organisations like JNU, New Delhi; IGNOU, New Delhi; Vision School of Management, Approved by AICTE, Govt of India (DIRECTOR); Chief Executive of Erose Educational Info Tech Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi and others. At present, I am the Co-founder of India's leading educational portal Admissionnews.com as well as Director of Pratham Edusys Pvt Ltd., New Delhi. All throughout my career, Career Counseling has been my passion and profession.
