Overview

Master of Arts degree is a postgraduate degree and is also called as MA, M.A or AM. Students choosing a MA degree are intrested in humanities, reasoning, expressive arts or sociologies. A Master of Arts degree gives general learning in a particular train, zone of expert investigation or interdisciplinary field.

After an MA degree, the postgraduate student can find employement as a teacher or professor in various schools, colleges and universities across India and abroad. Master of Arts can also be pursued by Distance Education.

For Master of Arts (M.A.) course, a candidate must not be from any particular stream. The following educational eligibilities are required:
