Master of Pharmacy


Master of Pharmacy course provides the information of practical aspects of topics like all the operations relating to business, instrumental techniques, research methodologies and emerging areas to the students. At the end of each semester, applicants need to give an exam. At the end of final semester, the applicants also need to submit thesis. Pharmacy is the branch of science which is concerned with making sure the safe and effective usage of pharmaceutical drugs.

Pharmacy is one of the branch of the health sciences dealing with the process of preparation, proper utilization and dispensing of drugs. Some Institutes offer it as M.Pharma. course. The duration of Master Degree in Pharmacy is 2 years. M.Pharma. is divided into four semesters.

Courses & Eligibility

When applying for Master of Pharmacy course, a candidate must have the following eligibility:

  • Candidate should have degree in Bachelor in Pharmacy program with a recommended minimum score of 50%
  • An entrance exam is the mode of admission by most colleges for this course. In most of the colleges accept the score of entrance test like Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT)
