The Indira Gandhi National Open University has recently opened the application window for OPENMAT and B. Ed entrance tests. The university would keep the application window open for the registration to the entrance tests till March 20, 2021.
Candidates can apply online at the IGNOU website for the OPENMAT and BEd entrance tests for the January 2021 session.
The IGNOU entrance test for admission to MBA programs is called OPENMAT. Graduates (including Chartered Accountancy/ Cost Accountancy/ Company Secretaryship) with 50 percent marks for the General category and 45 percent for the reserved category would be eligible to apply for the IGNOU OPENMAT.

IGNOU OPENMAT, BEd Application Steps
Step 1: Visit the official IGNOU website at ignou.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the “REGISTER YOURSELF” button that appears in the applicant login area.
Step 3: Fill in the required details.
Step 4: Click on the submit tab.
Step 5: Log in with the candidate username and password.
Step 6: Fill in the details as required for the IGNOU OPENMAT and B. Ed entrance tests.
Step 7: Upload scanned copies of photographs and signatures in the prescribed formats.
Step 8: Pay the application fee online.
Step 9: Submit.

Graduates can take the IGNOU entrance test for admission to B. Ed programs with at least 50 percent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Humanity.
